RPE : Rate of Perceived Exertion
LoadYour subjective perception of effort, rated from 1 (nothing) to 10 (max-out).
RPE complements objective metrics (HR, power, pace). On certain days (short sleep, stress, weather) a struggling Z2 session might feel like RPE 6 when you expected 3. Tracking RPE catches early fatigue before it shows on Banister curves.
In TriPaced:
TriPaced lets you log RPE after each completed session. Eventually (V2 advanced weekly validation), the system will cross RPE with TSS to flag early overload (normal TSS + high RPE = a watch signal).
