HRV : Heart Rate Variability
LoadThe variation in time between consecutive heartbeats, a marker of recovery and stress.
A healthy heart doesn't tick like a metronome: the interval between beats varies slightly. High HRV (highly variable intervals) signals a rested autonomic nervous system and good recovery. Low HRV flags fatigue, stress, or overload. Best measured each morning at rest, fasted, with the same protocol daily so the trend is readable.
In TriPaced:
In TriPaced, HRV is not yet natively integrated (V2 feature). Recovery sessions are scheduled via TSB (form) computed from CTL and ATL based on your Strava activities.
