Warm-up
LoadPhysiological activation phase before the main effort, essential to prevent injuries and optimize performance.
A proper warm-up gradually raises heart rate and muscle temperature, improves joint lubrication, and primes the nervous system. For a triathlete, it typically includes 10-15 min of easy activity (easy spin or light jog), a few drills, and 2-3 progressive accelerations before intense blocks.
