PR / PB : Personal Record / Personal Best
IntensityYour best personal performance on a given distance or race.
A PR (Personal Record) or PB (Personal Best) is the fastest time you have ever run on a specific distance: PR marathon, PR ironman, PR 10k... It's the most personal benchmark for tracking progress. A PR on the same race 2 years later means you improved under comparable conditions. A flat PR cannot be directly compared to a mountainous one (in trail, CR : Course Record on a specific route : is the relevant metric instead).
In TriPaced:
In TriPaced, your PRs on key distances (sprint, olympic, half, ironman, marathon, 10k...) are stored in your profile and used to calibrate your performance goals and target race paces.
