What we are doing

We are running a small, focused, free cohort for solo amateurs aiming at their first 70.3 in spring 2027. Marbella in April. Mallorca, Aix, Roth in May or June. You pick the race. We synchronize the prep.

From the week of 4 January 2027, every Sunday at 19h CET, the cohort meets on its private Strava group. You post your week, you read the others, the group keeps you honest. The plan itself is adjusted by the TriPaced engine when life moves your week, not by hand.

Before that, accepted athletes are onboarded in late October 2026 and run a light base phase through November and December, with the same Sunday ritual. You arrive in January already moving.

"We are training for our own first IM Barcelona this October. We know exactly what week 13 of 27 looks like. Solo. Tired. Real. We see you."

Who this is for

Who this is not for

The shape of the 16 weeks

Week 1 to 4
Base build, controlled aerobic, swim form, brick introduction
Week 5 to 8
Volume ramp, first long ride 3h, threshold sessions, race nutrition test
Week 9 to 12
Peak volume, brick weeks, race pace simulation, gear list locked
Week 13 to 14
Specific prep, last long ride, race-week protocol rehearsal
Week 15
Taper week 1, intensity preserved, volume cut 30 to 40 percent
Week 16
Race week. Calm. Bottles. Sleep N minus 2. Race morning protocol.

The plan adapts. Tuesday meeting ran late? The week shifts. Bad night with the baby? The intensity cuts 15 percent. Missed week sick? The plan welcomes you back, no reset. The work is in the weeks you wanted to skip.

What you actually get

This is not coaching, and there is no human reviewing your sessions one by one. It is a small peer group and an engine. Promising you more would be selling you a lie.

Why we run this

TriPaced is being built for solo long-course athletes who train alone, work full-time, and want a plan that bends without breaking. The best way for us to build it right is to be in the trenches with you. You get free access to the plan and to the group. We get real users, real misses, real fixes that make the product better.

The price is zero. There is nothing to buy: no card, no paid tier, no upsell at the end. The seats are limited because a small cohort works and a big one does not. That is the whole business model of this cohort: there is none.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really free? Yes. No card. No paywall. No upsell during the cohort. TriPaced is in open beta: there is nothing to buy. The cohort is part of how we build the product. Your only commitment is the time you spend training and showing up Sunday 19h.

What if I cannot make every Sunday check-in? Miss one or two over 16 weeks is fine. Miss more than three and we will check in to see if the cohort is still working for you. The check-ins are not optional fluff; they are how we adjust your plan.

What if my race date is not in spring 2027? Cohort is built around spring 2027 race day. If your race is earlier (March) or much later (July), the prep timing will not match the cohort. Apply only if your race day is between April and June 2027.

Will my Strava data be shared? Only with the cohort group, which is private. What you post, the eleven others see. No data leaves the group.

What happens after the race? The cohort ends after race day. You keep access to TriPaced in beta. We will likely run another cohort in 2027 for the next first-timers. You can stay around as a peer mentor if you want.
