Train your first 70.3 with us. Together.
Free 16-week training cohort. 10 solo amateurs aiming at their first half Ironman in spring 2027. Weekly check-ins, hands-on Strava feedback, private group. We are in our own prep too.
What we are doing
We are running a small, focused, free cohort for solo amateurs aiming at their first 70.3 in spring 2027. Marbella in April. Mallorca, Aix, Roth in May or June. You pick the race. We synchronize the prep.
From 5 January 2027, every Sunday at 19h CET, we meet on the cohort Strava group. Vincent reviews your week. Adjusts the plan when life moves it. Answers what is on your mind for the week ahead. Once a month, a longer live Q&A on a Whatsapp group call.
Before 5 January, from 1 September 2026, you build a base. The plan runs through the TriPaced engine. We watch from the side. We do not check in weekly. You ride. You run. You swim. You arrive at January ready to start the build.
Who this is for
- Amateur athletes 25 to 50, training solo (no club, no paid coach)
- This is your first 70.3 (or first long-course race after a long break)
- You can hold 6 to 10 hours of training per week now, ready to ramp to 10 to 15
- You have completed at least one half marathon or one Olympic-distance triathlon
- You can commit to a 16-week weekly check-in cadence (Sunday 19h CET)
- You read English comfortably (training material is EN, group can speak FR or EN)
Who this is not for
- Athletes already finished a 70.3 or longer race
- Athletes who want one-to-one coaching sessions (this is a group format)
- Athletes preparing a full IM in 2027 (this cohort is half distance only)
- Athletes who cannot commit at least 6 hours of training per week consistently
The shape of the 16 weeks
The plan adapts. Tuesday meeting ran late? The week shifts. Bad night with the baby? The intensity cuts 15 percent. Missed week sick? The plan welcomes you back, no reset. The work is in the weeks you wanted to skip.
How Vincent shows up for you (2 to 3 hours per week)
- Sunday 19h CET weekly check-in on the cohort Strava group, 45 minutes
- Individual feedback on 1 to 2 sessions per athlete per week, 10 minutes each
- Monthly Whatsapp live Q&A, 30 minutes
- Plan adaptations via the TriPaced engine when life shifts the week
This is not one-to-one coaching. It is a small group, peer-led, with the founder of TriPaced (Vincent, in his own IM Barcelona prep right now) doing the weekly review.
Why we run this
TriPaced is being built for solo long-course athletes who train alone, work full-time, and want a plan that bends without breaking. The best way for us to build it right is to be in the trenches with you. You get free access to the plan and weekly hands-on time. We get real users, real misses, real fixes that make the product better.
The price is zero. The deal is honest. The seats are limited because Vincent is one person, doing this in parallel of his own IM prep and his day job.

Frequently asked questions
Is this really free? Yes. No card. No paywall. No upsell during the cohort. TriPaced is in beta and Vincent is in VIE status until August 2027, which means no monetization until then anyway. The cohort is part of how we build the product. Your only commitment is the time you spend training and showing up Sunday 19h.
What if I cannot make every Sunday check-in? Miss one or two over 16 weeks is fine. Miss more than three and we will check in to see if the cohort is still working for you. The check-ins are not optional fluff; they are how we adjust your plan.
What if my race date is not in spring 2027? Cohort is built around spring 2027 race day. If your race is earlier (March) or much later (July), the prep timing will not match the cohort. Apply only if your race day is between April and June 2027.
Will my Strava data be shared? Only with the cohort group, which is private. Vincent will reference your sessions in weekly check-ins. No data leaves the group.
What happens after the race? The cohort ends after race day. You keep access to TriPaced in beta. We will likely run another cohort in 2027 for the next first-timers. You can stay around as a peer mentor if you want.
